Cooperation

Cooperation is the third of four central ideas behind Equanomics. Through everything from sports to job hunting, we are taught to believe that competition is the best method to success in life. At Equanomics, we understand that cooperation is the more efficient and caring way to succeed in business. We realize that when there is a big job to do, it's easier to divide it up and get it done quickly.

Little kids like to gather all the toys in one place even though they can only play with one or two at a time. Their parents and teachers have to remind them to share. Unfortunately, as adults, our competitive nature blindly drives our decisions and our actions. We are conditioned to believe that for every winner, there is a loser. In fact, when a group of people decide to share by helping each other, the result is better for all members of the group and everybody wins.

We encourage you to define what you want out of life. Equanomics gives you a network of people to help you achieve it. This begins with business ownership which gives you a way to financially support the life you desire. We are people who help each other to succeed in life. Nothing more; nothing less. Our strength is found in our diversity and we welcome all the unique things that make you who you are. Each of us brings our own set of ideas, beliefs, life experiences and skills to the table. By bringing a large variety of people into a sharing environment, we are able to produce results that aren't possible in more exclusive and competitive situations.
